Our certified assessor energy evaluation team will thoroughly inspect your property’s potential energy savings areas providing you with a personalized cost savings analysis determined on the below 10 evaluation points:

1. Current energy usage according to your energy bill
2. Age & condition of Air Conditioning/HVAC equipment “coil, ductwork, condenser and filtration”
3. Air Conditioning/HVAC system design efficiency & property cubic footage
4. Indoor & outdoor lighting wattage usage & condition
5. Building openings such as windows & doors
6. Exterior & Interior thermal imaging examination
